Please plan on coming and bringing many of your family and friends to the annual Archdiocese Pro-Life Mass.
Sunday January 15th at 12pm
Archdiocesan Cathedral-Basilica of the Sacred Heart 89 Ridge Street, Newark, NJ
Mass will be followed by a Eucharistic Holy Hour for Life at St. Lucy’s Church in Newark. (St. Lucy’s is a short walk from the Cathedral). There will be a short procession from the Cathedral to St Lucy’s for those who would like to participate. There is parking at both churches.
This Pro-Life event concerns the most important issue of our time.
Let us come together to pray for the unborn, our nation and its leaders – that our prayers may open hearts, minds, and souls to the fullness of the Gospel of Life in our lives and laws. |

Spirit & Truth - Jersey City invites you to sing Christmas Carols at Journal Square.
We look forward to having so much fun with all of you during our 3rd year of Christmas Caroling and 2nd year of hosting a baby shower! Meet us first at the chapel of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, to warm up our voices. We will then spread the Christmas spirit at Journal Square. Afterwards, we will head back to the chapel for adoration. For our fellowship, we will throw a baby shower! This is not only in anticipation for the birth of Jesus but also to help women in crisis who have decided to keep their babies. Please come with donations of baby necessities (diapers, clothing, bottles, etc.) More info: The organization we're helping out is Several Sources located in Ramsey, NJ. Mission: Through God's Grace, we save babies' lives and shelter their young mothers while providing education and ongoing compassionate support services. We further educate young people to make healthy life choices. We also shelter women who are homeless, sick and elderly and we help them to restore their dignity. Note: Several Sources is a 501-C3 Charity. What they do: They give a 1 time handout package of baby items to families who call their emergency hot line & are in need. They run 3 different homes for women & children. They currently house 7 babies & 10 women. What they need: They need baby wipes, baby wash, baby shampoo, diapers of all sizes, clothing (new or used) from size 0- 2yrs. old. They will take monetary donations and/ or money in baby bottles. Please bring your gifts unwrapped. Website: www.severalsources.net Appetizers and desserts will be provided during the baby shower. "Every worthwhile gift, every genuine benefit comes from above, descending from the Father of the heavenly luminaries, who cannot change and who is never shadowed over." James 1:17 |

The Marian Movement of Priests PRAYER CENACLE every 3rd and 4th Saturday of the Month 6:30pm-8:30pm
"Enter into the cenacle of my Immaculate Heart."
Why does Our Lady urge the formation of cenacles? In her messages, Our Lady insistently calls upon priests, religious and faithful to gather together with her in fervent prayer and love, in authentic cenacles as when the first apostles gathered with her in the Upper Room in Jerusalem awaiting the outpouring of the Holy Spirit...
What is most important in the world and in the Church today is the preparation for the Second Pentecost through the triumph of her Immaculate Heart. To drawn down upon us this gift of the Holy Spirit, let us enter iwth her into the cenacle...
